Eduspec Supports a Meaningful Trip for Students
KUALA LUMPUR: Eduspec Holdings Berhad and Kaginic Corporation organized a four-day trip for students from Sekolah Kebangsaan Pulau Perhentian (SKPP) to Kuala Lumpur (KL). A total of 10 students accompanied by their parents were invited for the trip from October 15, 2015 to October 18, 2015. The students were chosen for their exemplary behaviors and good class attendance.
It was a trip of many firsts for the company of students and their parents. It was their first time setting foot in KL, on a plane, the escalators, and the light rail transit (LRT). Having never left the island before, they were starry eyed and impressed with the high skyscrapers, busy traffic, and the lights that brightened up the city at night.
They experienced a new world that was very different from their regular serene island life. The students were pointing everywhere and were laughing throughout their visit to the Petronas Twin Towers, Aquaria KLCC, and Zoo Negara. It was hard to tell who enjoyed the attractions more – students or their smiling parents. The students also experienced a melting pot of educational, hands-on interactive exhibits and exciting science shows where fun meets science.
The memories of the special trip, exposure to the multi-cultural and educational experience will remain with the students and their parents for a long time coming. Judging from the students’ enthusiastic squeals of delight and grins that went from ear to ear, it was safe to say the trip was a huge hit.
A huge thank you to Kaginic, Inquiry Learning Team, and everyone who helped make this trip a huge success. Most of all a big thank you to all who are involved in this project for giving the students and parents such a happy priceless experience!
